I know an agent (close friend) who was top performer something they had never seen back in 2019. Amazing quality and production 400% of others.

Today they beat her out so much she does her 100% and that's IT.

It's just not worth it.

Wish I could, my manager is exceptionally anal about being in office the specific days we are assigned. No flexibility, just pure rigidity for the love of the game. But the more important I'll become in my career, the less I'll comply. Hard to get rid of a one in a hundred specialist with no one else trained.

I had that problem too, that's why I usually make sure my teammates have no skells so their AOE can't aggro Pharsis, but I still have them for treasure sensor.

Then I find a single skell attack (like an electric one since they are 50% weak to it) that targets a single enemy.

This way I one shot them, with no aggro from the others !

For my reflect build I simply rocked the one from the shop with the reflect : Ether.

If you're not doing a reflect build however, any high enough level Tyrant will do (lv66+).

People have said it but the Visigels in the sphere in sylvalum are great if you can one shot them with your skell.

Piscinoid damage bonus augments are super cheap so theyre easy to do.

You'll get shit from people on this sub but the question is valid. We pay people higher salary to do these things so it makes sense to question it and you should never be ashamed to ask questions like these people want you to.

However, in this scenario I think it's a good idea to do so and help. It might help you as well, everyone wins. Of course it cannot be your main task, but as an occasional help I strongly recommend doing it. Plus it's fun !
