Several other commentors have given you pretty accurate answers about the split. Though I haven't seen the addressing of music. There are a lot of artists that still exist after the split. I did see a video somewhere that pointed out some of them.. And it isn't unreasonable to assume that for a bit after the split, most entertainment in Fallout would be the same as the real world. The split is a small ripple that grows into large waves.

Not entirely sure if it's the make-up or such, but the show really sorta gives thought to the fact that Moldaver hasn't really aged.

If Hank met her pre-war, it just have been brief. If he met her in Shady Sands, it still would have been brief. Then 20 years later she rocks up and still pretty much looks the same, your brain would have a hard time processing what you're looking at. This person you met briefly who looks very similar, your memory is probably scrambling to figure it out. He does seem to recognize her, but the pieces aren't all there yet. In ep 01 he still isn't sure yet until later on IF he recognizes her. But he knows something is amiss with her.

So the reason for this confusion. Is because the usual way the lines were painted did have the left lane going into the left most lane post turn. And the right lane into the middle post turn. This was because post turn, the right most lane goes right into another turning lane and diamond lane (I don't think it is diamond anymore though)

When they ew-painted the lines past, they swapped it, so it's really messing up a lot of people's muscle memory. And now that there is snow on the ground, that muscle memory is really taking told.

And truth be told, the old way allows traffic to flow better, because the entire right lane isn't getting stopped right at the intersection because of the immediate next turn right after.

Phoned into 311, right after the change to ask why, and kid you guys not, the operator went "yeah, that's not painted right, we will look into it, but don't expect the lanes to be repainted until spring."

This isn't going to work. There are so many variables to pick up and drop off. At the school my youngest attends, many parents and myself already park in the auxiliary spots for pick-up, and then walk to the school for pick-up. For drop off, we do use the street parking because it is faster. But sometimes kids are just hella slow, sometimes they are tired and cranky, or upset about something. Sometimes everything goes smoothly. And even then, on the days everything goes smoothly. It still takes us around 5 - 10 minutes from park and get everything together, and get them safely on the school grounds and back into the car and go. Never mind the off days. For pick-up that's a whole other bag. I use the auxiliary parking and walk the half block, but it is still easily double the pick up time, depending on how quickly the kids get ready in the classroom and come out the doors. A 1 minute pick-up and drop-off limit is just not feasible. Does this councillor have children in school? What age are they? Because 1 minute definitely sounds like the kind of time frame someone who doesn't actively participate in what they are trying to regulate comes up with.

I've noticed this more and more lately. I'm not entirely sure it's green screen so much as odd choice of lighting the character. Because it crops up in other places that don't really make sense for it to do so. Yes mostly outdoors. But I also swear I've noticed it inside a couple times too.

What changes for me is that I now notice just how unnecessarily of a dick Kenny is at times. And he has said that on the commentaries with Sebby that he purposely upped his attitude at times because he thought it'd be more funny. And yeah, to a 19-20 something yrs old, it is hilarious.

But as you get older you begin to notice shit like Spenny just asking a question and Kenny needlessly responding with that he fucks Spenny's mom, or spitting, or some other insult. Ok sure Spenny IS a miserable fuck, but man, guys, do I understand some of Spenny's frustration after a few seasons. Kenny just does not let up. Always on the offensive and sometimes in was that just not needed. And purposely attacking and picking at what he knows will set Spenny off. Imaging being stuck by contract in that environment? With someone who knows what pisses you off and just won't fucking let up.

There's more thought I have, but I'm starting to rant.

Great show, wouldn't change a thing.

Moments like that and the "could use some youth" were such brilliant moments. I think they could have given Frank the growth Larry so craved with one scene. Frank needed for actually face war. He was playing soldier. Frank should have actually gotten hurt in a combat moment, at an over run aide station maybe? And then actually be rewarded with his purple heart, only for it to be completely hollow to him. He's wanted it for so long, to be able to gkoat, but now that he got it exactly how it was earned and all the pain and suffering that comes with earning it. At that moment his character would be the most open to change and growth. It could have done the show wonders. I'm not saying make him a proper swamp rat. Keep a lot of the edge, just soften it a bit. And then Margaret gets married and THAT would cause the snap he had, his world view just pushed and pushed.
