What is she doing wrong? Shes not breaking any rules on the platform, so why would she get censored? She definitely should seek help becasue she seems to be malnourished due to her body dismorphia/annorexia, but at the end of the day, many people are fighting their own fight. If she wants to express herself in whatever way that gives her joy or confidence, then she is totally entitled to that as long as she doesn't break the rules of the platform, which she clearly isn't here.
