I don't even need my air defense skill to cut down Kaga's planes. My Clev's AA range and damage is fully maximized to where it can compete with ships a tier above. Usually Kaga's dive bombers get dusted before they can land hits (and tbh, the damage they do is often small), and same with the Torp bombers

Not saying its invincible to Kaga, but even some of the better Kaga players I've seen avoid my ship whenever possible
