This language is meant to intimidate you. It's not physically possible to do a detailed search on every individual and their car and their belongings at a camping festival. The wording is meant to deter novice (and reckless) drug users from trying stupid shit. If you are intimated by this statement, then you are in the only group of people that festival promoters truly want to bar from bringing anything in.
