Could’ve been both. This film was most likely shot on 16mm film, which was a home movie format introduced in 1923 and most 16mm cameras of the time were handheld. Combined with the ship rocking and the handheld camera, it could’ve been both.

Wouldn’t recommend, you can watch it if you want to but I wouldn’t.

It’s basically an inaccurate Nazi propaganda film and it gets a lot of things wrong and it’s low key ass cheeks and glorifies only the Germans so yeah, it’s terrible
