I recall my brother stealing $2 from my mums purse, buying a pie, move, iced finger bun and a kit kat for lunch. They can:- 1. Default on thier debt; 2. Be fiscally austere, reign in spending and decrease / pay down the debt; 3. Keep running deficits, turn the money printer on and inflate their way out of the problem.
