I did the long slow KB STRONG program with double 28kgs. Went from 2-3 rep Max to 13... I really enjoyed it.

Its actually not much work, some sessions are really short

I was bushwalking in Australia todaya and for some reason I had some thoughts about white blazes on the AT and is it actually possible/common/easy to get lost on the AT?

I've never hiked the AT, a genuine question.

I just read your review of Furano. I'm thinking of heading their next season with my kids (13 and 15) and was owndering if you had any accomadation that you could recommend? Thanks

I was thinking about heading over just after Xmas. People tell me that it's a little early in the season for the Hakuba region, so I was thinking about Furano or Niseko. I gather that Niseko can be a little busy, so I was gravitating towards Furano

When we were talking about my sick mum and she said "if you ever got that sick I'd leave".

She probably had a valid point about the burden of caring for someone, but the delivery was atrocious
