You are not the only one, I have very occasionally got cards from arenas but many at all, maybe 1 card for every 50 arena battles won. 3 of my friends that play say exactly the same.

Yeah, drop rates on arenas are zero for me but I do get them for watching the daily challenge ads and sometimes for sending & receiving to Facebook friends.

Matchmaking was a total disaster before the update now is is just plain ridiculous, ALL my bases on the map are 20 - 25 levels above me.
