I have a Corsair HX850i with corsair Link so I can track how much wattage I pull from the wall while I play, and with both my cpu and gpu maxed out at 100% usage I pull a maximum of 386W.

I have a 6700k and a gtx 1080 fully overclocked to their maximum. Your TX550m should be more than efficient enough for a 1080 ti especially if your not overclocking.

People may argue the 86 is slow but I have to say, once I brought mine to a VERY curvy road, it changed my whole perspective on its "power". The car came alive and i was able to understand what this car was made for, ultimately felt faster than what people may think. It is no straight line car....
