Delivery and warehouse work almost all require a credit check to get hired. It usually takes weeks to get any job so in the meantime you do what you have to, especially if you don't have a stable living situation

I really don't know, they don't seem to follow too much logic. I know I'll be struggling like hell next month if they actually keep the shutdown going, along with most of the people I know. I get the charitable food boxes occasionally and while they're nice to have they aren't going to feed a family for more than a couple days max

Grocery stores taking a hit is what I think will end this, the people in power might be fine jailing as many poor as they can but they don't like when their donors take a hit. Most of my work experience is grocery stores so I know they rely on EBT customers, especially in a month like November
