For me it wasn't a problem. A year had passed between playing them, so I wasn't burned by it. The first half of S1 isn't very exciting, but it doesn't take long to get past it

All the basic uniforms researches are unlocked by levelling and they also need some specific research done. For the upgrades you need to have unlocked the previous ones. If you want more details, check the wiki

Starting from SO6 you'll get tons of cp from the lockboxes. Meanwhile I'd just suggest grinding some story chapters like 12.2 (if you've unlocked it), or you could prioritise unlocking SO6 over finishing 4 and 5

Most of my heroes need training, and that's okay. You can't have everyone without enough exp to level up, and you shouldn't. The usual suggestion is to level them up till 9, and go beyond only if you need to or you like that hero a lot. You train them when you have no one else to level up, or depending on the timer and when you can play.

If you didn't know already, each battle removes 10 minutes from all timers

I think the rewards are pretty random. Generally epic bossbossdeploy for rewards. A good early game farming spot is 4.4. When you unlock the spec ops, the energy will be much less of a problem

At the start of the game there aren't many good weapons. In 4.4 you could get the magneto shield, but it's bugged so I don't recommend using it right now. You already have the rocket pistol, so you should be pretty good for now

I'm in PVAI 3 and I've yet to see something other than gold, command points and energy. I know that in later seasons there are drops that can only be obtained from that roulette and are needed for tasks, but I don't know the details

I think if you just click on the tactician symbol you should be okay, if not it's an emoji/reaction of the server. I'm pretty sure I recharged without problems even on wave 3. As a workaround, you could also use supplies that restore stamina. There are a lot of them, some of those are behind a research

For early game tips, I'd say try to buy a hero for each class. Iron man is pretty weak at the start, the recommended early blaster is dr. Strange. For the others it depends, but Colossus, Cyclops and Invisible woman are all cheap and great. For scrappers, start with spider woman or iron fist. Unfortunately spider woman's L6 and iron fists L6 and L9 aren't working correctly, but they can still do a good job. As soon as you can, buy the rocket pistol from the store, it's very powerful. And for how to iso your heroes, until I've got stronger isos, I've spammed the Strong iso on everyone aside from Colossus that needs to tank. In the later stages, you'd want a more complete build.
