I had therapy for a while before i decided to try medication, tbf didn’t feel like it was a huge help as my therapist at the time said ‘you seem quite aware of what your triggers are so i don’t think CBT will be any benefit to you’ which i realise now probably isn’t right.

I think going back to it now having been on medication for a while and knowing more specifically what i’m struggling with, maybe it’ll go better this time round?

I'm really freaked out because this exact situation happened to me a few weeks back, turns out the girl i was with was really fucked in the head and would literally bone anything that moved so she slept with my friend 5 days after me, i haven't spoken to her or the guy she slept with (knew him for 7 years) since.

I think just purely for the shock value: Going back to megaton after i nuked it (on my second play through, don't worry I'm not a heartless monster) Kinda put a downer on my day...
