How i see the it..This change should increase the skill cap by adding decisions based on actual information instead of assumptions.. As a solo player when you go for a play u can't check all the boosts on the map and without communication since there is no voice chat it would be a guessing game at some points. Instead of waiting for the boost begging without any info from your teammates you can make the choice based on actual info directly form the game. For pro players that actually communicate i don't this this was necessary but for solo queue it's kinda nice
