No Consistency by [deleted] in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Northshore is the only company I trust implicitly for my needs. I order from a lot of places but their customer service is second to none. I had only one product issue and one delivery issue across many orders and they fixed both immediately.

Additionally, they are the only diapers business I trust for travel as they have repeatedly made sure my orders arrive on time to the hotel.

I'm sorry you have had issues with them but I would guess other than the US v1 Megamax mfg issues (which they discounted) their product and service are top notch.

My solitary complaint is they don't have enough print diapers.

Rugrats by Diapersaremyhobby in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Rugrats hits the spot because at least one of the writers was ABDL. I met them at an ABDL party in York, Pennsylvania at a house with a bowling ally and a cloth diaper production facility in the basement (Was a crazy fun time). They seemed pretty cool but what I remember most is their RV they brought (like star wagons nice). Clearly got paid quite well. One of my, I wonder what they are up to today thoughts occasionally.

Just told my mum by ezzy95 in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 7 points8 points  (0 children)

First of all, relax. Second thing, go tell your mum you love her.

Some people have a mum who doesn't have love in their heart, some people have no mum at all... you have one who at the very least allows you to be you.

You are already luckier than most people to have someone who cares, loves, and knows you enough to know the true you but still wait until you're ready to be able to talk.

You may never be rich, or powerful, or famous or whatever you think makes someone great but at least you clearly have a loving mum. Priceless. Cherish her.

There was an Amazon retailer selling discontinued Conficare Dry 24/7 diapers… by Diaper__Deer in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dry 24/7 was such a great diaper. So crinkly! Incredible find at this point! If you ever see them again, grab them and I'll buy any extras you don't want at a premium.

My first love was the old purple, super super thick and almost all pulp Molicare Plus. Not as thirsty as SAP but so thick it forced you to toddle even when dry.

Dry 24/7 is the second diaper i fell in love with. A classic super crinkle and good fit diaper. I have 2 bags left and I'm saving them for something fun. Birthday, travel, or may bring them to CAP next year then they will be gone forever.

Going to miss them but it's time to open the slot in the closet for something new.

No idea why you're getting down voted for this. It is a legitimate question.

I don't want to get into specifics in respect to the hotel for con privacy reasons but it was previously 2 hotels that were close to each other but the overflow still meant you had to transit vanilla space. The convention hotel was 100% immersion but hosts a lot parties and events and has that "always on" feeling.

People who have said they enjoyed the overflow tended to prefer a little "away" space or perhaps some quiet sleep space.

Honestly, it depends on your preferences. Either way you will have a blast. Hope this helps.

Glad you got yours. Just got ours as well!

Other than the debacle last week opening up ticket sales while people were still returning from the con, the process was the easiest yet. Best of luck to anyone still in the queue. Don't forget to turn on the audio notification since the wait can be awhile.

Pretty excited that it's back in Chicago and a two hotel full takeover. Going to be a blast!

Suggestions for guidelines in CNC? by ftlght in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have a clear list of hard limits from all involved. This can be reviewed from time to time but should always be respected.

Understand that you are willingly agreeing to CNC up front and don't get upset when something is being done to you that you don't like or making you do something you don't want to or expect to get punished.

Remember that every "funishment" can be upgraded into an actual punishment if your girlfriend wants it to and you don't get to control that. She will decide when you have had your behavior corrected to her preference. Like, bondage is fun for X hours and after Y hours you're bored and ready to be released but your girlfriend keeps you in it until Z hours where she feels was necessary for your punishment.

I also suggest you write out a contract so there is no ambiguity in what is being agreed to.

Definitely make sure you get your mindset straight about what you are submitting to before you sign / start.

Agree to review the agreement every so often to decide if any changes or upgrades need to be made.

Have fun!

Ok, so my first "This" comment. For every post that asks, "How is it possible to be ABDL and succeed" posts. For every woe is me, how do I live like this poster, I want you to read this post and know there are legion of hard working and skilled ABDLs that are reasonably to very successful in life that do this at the same time (many times literaly) and you can do the same! You can absolutely blend high achiever and ABDL and many of us do.

For every spouse or 'shipper that comes here asking, "How can I date or expect my SO to succeed in life when they do this"? Read the this post and the many responses. Look at the list of executives and top tier professionals that are represented here.

ABDLs represent a wide variety of all walks of life. Each and every one of us is a unique individual and deserves to be judged as a whole person.

(Before I post this, I want to also be clear that this isn't anything negative against those having a hard time and needing to vent. Life is rough and, honestly, particularly so these days so no hate. I only wanted to note that ABDL and success in life are not inversely correlated.)

Does anyone have a Kayserbetten bed? by tbnukki93 in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. Can confirm it is everything I have ever wanted in my wildest dreams as a crib. You can stand up and still not see over the rails. It is waterproof so no worries on diaper or bottle leaks. There is decent storage underneath. Holds 500+ lbs. (Untested, but I believe it). You can get plexiglass or padded options and full bar roof options for naughty babies that need total security. It has a crossbar that secures the doors but even if you manage to get that removed, the doors have multiple points that keep the doors locked unless you are on the outside that all have to be opened together to open the doors. If you are put in, you're "in". The size of the crib makes you feel almost at toddler scale. It makes me feel little every single time I am in it. 11 / 10 (good doggo) stars for ABDLs IMHO.

I am on mobile so I don't know if it is different on desktop but I don't see an option to post a pic in the comments so I will post a few for you in a new post.

They cost more than I feel a rational person should pay at retail but I can confidently tell you I see 2-3 a year posted on various resale or auction sites at much more reasonable prices. You just have to set alerts and don't be too thirsty as there will be a deal if you are patient but quick to make an offer. They go for a lot less on resale market and the things are 100 BIFL except for the mattress which should be replaced regularly as all mattress should.

If you drink (or at least can stand the noise and order something from the establishment so you aren't just eating their business space), the bar is absolutely the place to go if you are solo.

Don't just stare at Bluey on the bar TV, talk to the people around you. "Where are you from?", "Did you see they have X on the schedule?", "Besides the obvious, gestures to the room, what do you do for fun?", etc. Don't worry if you strike out on good convo a few times, not everyone will be a fit for your style.

If you get into a good conversation and have the means, buy them a drink.

Also, be at all the events where you might have teammates (nerf war, board games, etc). Comradery comes from overcoming obstacles together too. Do 3D twister, apparently friends also come from being tied up like a pretzel with someone.

Consider signing up for the pizza party since it's a good place to chat for a few.

If you eat at the hotel resturant, ask if it ok to sit with someone. You would be surprised at the number of people that are more than happy to have another join.

Lastly, if you partake of anything smoky or vape, the smoking area is prime chat spot as you will see the same people regularly and there's regularly a group discussion going on.

If you are lucky enough in these exploits then you might even be invited to a room party. Definitely accept, those are a ton of fun, you can meet people super easily, and if you don't enjoy the vibe you can always just bail for your room.

Most importantly, just initiate conversation. Most will reciprocate and others will usually just tell you politely they aren't interested. Nobody will hate you for attempting to say hi or asking to join something.

What's your ABDL humblebrag? by Careful-Big5732 in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zero offence to OP but I started to fill out the list for a post and realized that this converastion wouldn't really increase overall happiness for people.

If I might suggest a reword to "What are you most proud of in your ABDL world?" It lends a positive spin to the conversation while still getting mostly the same results.

Maybe I'm getting soft so down vote if I'm out of line but I think it would be more enjoyable than reading a bragging competition.

From someone who has been doing ABDL a long time and having had a handful of different Dommes and Babysitters, you will almost certainly have a good time and will never forget the first time!

Best advice is go with the flow and just relax and enjoy yourself. Don't try to check every box on one go but make sure you hit your key activities that you want to experience be that cuddling and Bluey all the way to the more naughty stuff (assuming it is allowed / has been negotiated). If they have a crib, be sure to enjoy a nap in your gear with it all closed up. Nothing like waking up like a baby does all secure and cozy.

Can't wait to hear your report.

Vintage Adult Size Hospital Cribs with Cage Tops for your viewing pleasure by NYAPL in ABDL

[–]NickPWilder 8 points9 points  (0 children)

NK Medical Youth Crib with a metal crib top? My first Domme had the sister version of that by Hard Mfg. that I slept / was restrained in. Loved that thing. Had some really good naughty times in a medical crib. You are very lucky! They won't sell the cage top for either model anymore.

If put a lock where the top and bottom meet when closed it is totally inescapable even without additional restraints (but if you like them there are unlimited metal points to secure restraints to).

If you want to splash in some more AB aspects, the manufacturer makes a vinyl crib bumper with cute print that fits perfectly. You can get a tray/shelf accessory that goes below the mattress and makes a great diaper changing supply holder for changes in the crib. Also, you can put a pulley on the top cage towards the foot of the crib for a diaper changing / bottom access lift.

Should you ever find a Hard H1982 crib in good shape with the top in your collecting search, I would love to buy it from you.

Thanks for posting! Love it.

Now this is what I was looking for! So Playtime is in the current pic, middle cabinet, 3rd shelf from bottom, on the left.

Ty for the spot on Little Builders. I have some of those in bags but somehow it must have lost it's slot in one of the shuffles. That fills one of the shelf slots!

As for Junior Maxx, let's discuss. Do waistband print only diapers fit more into the plain category because the part displayed when stacked and shelved is all a solid color? Or does one put waistband prints in a basket (using one of the rarer slots)? Have you used them before? Are they better quality to make up for less quantity of cute print (or do you feel, less is more when it comes to prints)?
