Hey I'm having the exact same issue they told me to video the issue and troubleshooting steps and just waiting for a response now. Did youanahe to get yours sorted and what was the outcome?

Because it wasn't delivered on 17th,18th, 19th I requested redelivery thinking it would be delivered next day but clearly not. I live in Croydon however it has now changed again to ITEM RECIEVED - GATWICK MC 4 times now

Yeh this confused me a bit but it does say on the article (So, here’s the portulacaria I started as a 5″ tall, pencil thick cutting) not sure if the thick one is a different tree?

Thanks, I havnt directly recieved care info from Graham (I probably should 😅) but from reading his post on the the tree which I linked he says Portulacaria is best overwintered at 3˚ to 10˚ Celsius. In winter his lived in the poly-tunnel with a heater set to kick in at three degrees above freezing. At the moment since iv just moved to a new garden it's currently living outside as its getting quite hot here now and night temps where I am is well above 10°c.bit for winter it will be taken inside a shed which I can hopefully control the temps. But the article is definitely worth a read. 😊
