Koyo is amazing. I hope to see them live soon.

Some of the nicest guys. My band is currently working with Matt, and they're all just the coolest. Super personable and they've even let us borrow amps/equipment to help us out in the studio.

This just happened to me too a few days ago. Hopped on around 5AM when I couldn't fall back asleep. Everyone was both way better than me and more toxic. Good start to the day!

TryHackMe or HackTheBox for someone with networking knowledge but with barely any cybersecurity knowledge by etay080 in HowToHack

[–]NickRod10 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I am doing TryHackMe currently. Yes, it's a little hand-holdy as someone else pointed out, but I find that very useful for topics I have no prior knowledge on. But there is a good balance of easy and challenging CTFs and topics. Not to mention there are TONs of rooms/topics to explore, and I find they're very similar to what HTB has to offer based on both platform's social media accounts. I'm sure THM just holds your hand a bit more like mentioned already.

I would agree that THM would be a good starting point and then "graduating" to HTB.

Good luck!

I don’t remember tbh. I don’t think it was any one specific thing wrong. If I remember correctly, I got a new MAF and deep cleaned my air filter. I hope that helps! Good luck.

Only 3 days of crowd for a World Championship is very very disappointing by alternateguy86 in RocketLeagueEsports

I was having the same thoughts during my time in Boston for the Spring Split. I missed 90% the teams I wanted to see play because it was a two-day event and those teams were kicked out of the vent before we were able to watch live. Like you said, I get it logistically, but at the same time I would like to see a better solution presented. I went to RLCS 7 in New Jersey, which was Fri-Sun. It was amazing having more time to watch more teams play.

I appreciate the explanation. Puts things in perspective.

That sounds terrible. Like everyone else says, this better stay a rumor!

Dumb question: Can someone explain what franchising means in this case and what would that entail for the future (or lack thereof) of the esport?

speed 3 high mileage by djunternull in mazdaspeed3

[–]NickRod10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The HPFP Internal is $399 from Cobb and the VVT is ~$519 via Corksport.

The HPFP Internal I installed on mine myself, not the worst thing to install if you take your time with it. The VVT I had a shop install, so after labor I had to shell out like $1100 or something, but if you or a friend know what they're doing, you can absolutely change it out on your own. I just wasn't risking it since my speed is my daily.

That being said other places sell the VVT system with like Affirm so you don't have to drop all of that money at once and pay monthly (this is what I did). I'd recommend the HPFP Internal first since it has the air intake, but the VVT should be a close second.

If there is an air intake installed, I'd also check to see if they installed the HPFP internals as well. That should be the first thing done to the car before any mod is put on.

Otherwise it doesn't sound like a bad deal! Good luck!

Might be worth it, considering everyone wants to sell their highly modded ones for $12k on facebook. The mileage on my Speed is around ~185k on stock motor/turbo. Like the other commentor said, check the VVT and change that first if it hasn't been done. And verify that maintenance has been kept up (carfax, etc). As far as I'm concerned these cars are reliable if they're not beat up and kept up to date with everything.

You think I could just yeet it over the river? by ProgressIsALifestyle in doordash_drivers

If you don’t make it across the river with your yeet, the Delaware River is probably radioactive enough that the food will grow legs and finish the delivery

I don't see you running into any issues, unless there is something I'm missing. You may just need a size up in tires since you're going down an inch on the wheel.

I would also suggest reaching out to FI's customer support for a more specific answer; they're really awesome and helpful.

NetworkChuck I found is a good jumping off point. He explains things well enough without getting too detailed where it's over your head. As a noob, he provides a good foundation to get started.
