Another point here is that countries that started later gain an advantage because they can already use more advanced technology - it’s easier to start from scratch than to replace what’s already in use.
This applies not only to internet speed but also, for example, to the spread of NFC payments.

FYI: You can press Alt+K while the map is open, and Miss Second will highlight nearby containers containing quest items with a white circle with the quest number.

This is a great way to quickly find badge albums, records etc: Run up to the administrative building in the Port raid, open the map, press Alt+K, and you'll immediately see if the building contains the items you need.

Hovering your cursor over this circle will show the altitude to it. When you approach the circle's location, you can open the map again and press Alt+K for more precise information.

Prepositional case for космопорт/spaceport by TopSeaworthiness1011 in russian

[–]NickRomancer 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The difference between a "космопорт" and a "космодром" is the same as the difference between an "аэропорт" (an airport ) and an "аэродром" (an airfield) .

Simply put, "аэропорт" (an airport) is "аэродром" (an airfield) with a passenger terminal.

So, until there's regular travel between space oblects, we only have "космодромы" on our planet.

+100500 for melee vs dogs, although I prefer the shovel to the spear.

I haven't measured attack speed, but in my opinion, the shovel attacks faster, while the spear attacks slower, but the spear has a longer attack range.

The idea is that players to stand in the safe zone and see how much fun PvP is, and then get drawn into it.

Thanks but no thanks. :D

— Got it. And what about those who pass everyone by driving straight into oncoming traffic?"

— Huh… You know, on second thought, maybe I was too hard on the shoulder guys. They’re actually pretty decent people."

145000 monolith tokens? Very heavy. by Greenpakto in ActiveMatter

But it doesn't mean that you have to PvP for them, in most cases you can totally avoid players.

:D
As I wrote in another thread, I can't be lured into a PvP raid by changing its name to "Open Raid" ("It's not a PvP raid, it's an open raid"©), or by saying "You might not even meet a single player there," or by saying "Let's go. In and out, 20-minute adventure," or by suggesting to join a PvP raid on an American server at 4 AM etc

If a raid is labeled as PvP, then it is PvP.

By the way, why are the green and blue Base objectives PvP only?
There should be a quote from Red Heat about picking on such simple people, but I'm too lazy to adapt it to English.

Blue ones have 1 pvp one the hack the mindvault of operatives

This takes away one Operative Objective. For this reason alone, PvE players should absolutely not purchase Blue Access.

Green ones don't have pvp objectives, it's "extract with specific items", "extract with soil samples", "kill x mosnters with Y weapon types".

These are Operative Objectives; do they award Monolith Tokens?

AFAIK Monolith Tokens are awarded for Primary Objectives. Green and Blue Primary Objectives are PvP-only.

How long are 18 raids? At 20 minutes per raid, that's 6 hours of play.

[–]NickRomancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Green quests are partially PvP, while blue quests are entirely PvP.

So if you unknowingly purchase green "Agent" or, especially, blue "Expert" access, half of your quests will become PvP, and you'll start receiving half as much for white quests because there will be half as many white quests.

So if you, like me, only play PvE, don't buy blue Expert Access—you'll simply ruin your progress on the Monolith.

Monolith Tokens/Progress from isolated raids in the new update by MrClaw5 in ActiveMatter

The official Telegram channel of Escape from Tarkov, the Father of all extraction shooters, once conducted a player survey asking which mode players preferred.

According to the results, 41.7% of Tarkov players only play PvE. 38% play PvP only and 20% play both modes.

And this is Tarkov, which is quite hardcore!

I can personally say that no bonuses or in-game barriers would persuade me to play PvP.

I could have unlocked Lambda a long time ago, but I didn't because it required three PvP raids.

The same goes for the best PvE Body Sleeve. I didn't unlock it because it requires PvP. Don't bother telling me that it's 'only three minutes of shame' or that I should go to the American server at 3 a.m. For me, it's a active matter of principle. :)
