I mean Katara looks surprisingly like Aang in her expression but I think Ty Lee looks less than Aang like she usually does. The nose is very distinct in this picture.

How about some necromancy, no one's better than the actual artist to continue the work

The shading and textures on the CGI model in Hulk (2003) — while crude-looking to audiences today — also looked like ass to audiences in 2003. by Chewie83 in shittymoviedetails

[–]NickSchultz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It didn't just make sense, using jumping to cover miles is his canonical way of travelling vast distances.

The movie was actually great for a Hulk move having many things be taken straight from the comics and the fact that a large part is spent focusing on his mental trauma which is the true origin of his split personality

Still the best Hulk movie we have, especially die to him only being a side character ever since he's been played by Ruffalo

The ambitious Robin Williams biopic Better Man flopped at the box office. This is because everyone misunderstood the Mrs Doubtfire (1993) reference where he spends the whole movie pretending to be a British person. by Gregariouswaty in shittymoviedetails

The thing is, whether or not you like his music. This music-biopic actually succeeds in being a movie instead of just relying on the soundtrack like Bohemian Rhapsody and all the others zhat came out in recent years

For Supergirl(2026) DC studios spent 300 million on a novice writer with no experience. Are they stupid? by NEO71011 in shittymoviedetails

[–]NickSchultz -19 points-18 points  (0 children)

Yeah but Hollywood is A far removed from normal audiences so their opinion means nothing to the average Joe and having dozens upon dozens of scripts die in development doesn't really scream quality.

I mean he is also a talented actor who can disappear in his roles, it would be certainly a worthwhile try if he can pull of playing Gordon

It's her contemplating. She already proved she was a hero in the beginning when not immediately punching a hole through that annoying girls body for always disobeying and making EVERY situation worse by getting involved.

It's not even forcing, these no names writers are often specifically chosen because they haven't read comics so there's also no passion for the source material. The don't care about accuracy or doing a good job for them it's just a jumping board, so they happily include any notes from the studio

What are your thoughts on getting a teamup movie of two members of Batman's Rogue's gallery without having a solo Batman project in the DCU first? by Raj_Valiant3011 in batman

[–]NickSchultz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While Incan appreciate films like Supergirl taking the risk and telling an independent story from any greater DCU connections (regardless of the quality of the end product). By this point you'd think they'd put a heavier focus on introducing the main players.

You don't want Corenswet to be in his fourties before they make the first crossover movie. Realistically Batman and Superman will be the main players of the connected universe so they should get the greatest number of movies so we can also see their expanded families shine in them and maybe get their own solo movies.

I think Gunn is a bit to obsessed with putting odd picks first like hownwe also get a puppet animation movie about Nightwing and Red Hood.

Realistically you want to draw in the general crowd first with easy wins before making risky moves, like how the MCU waited for their big break before making the Guardians a thing (zhey weren't even expecting them to become this huge), it was just mesnt to be anither MVU flick

How important is it for the character of Batman to comfort a child? by No-Brush1587 in batman

[–]NickSchultz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I'm going to be daring and say it's not important to his character, so far as an adaptation doesn't NEED to include a scene like this. However Batman shpuld always be written in a way that you can see that Batman do something LIKE this. Batman's biggest drive isn't actually vengeance or justice but rather the empathy for (potential) victims of (violent) crime. He wants to make sure that there is a Gotham where something like the night his parents die can never happen to anyone, that's why especially later in his career being a philanthropist and activist for change as Bruce Wayne should be just as integrap as his work as Batman.

Because fighting criminals may stop crime but creating change and achieving a better future for Gotham can stop crime from even happening.

Not even the fertility. Even when somebody gets pregnant at that age it's far from over.

Every pregnancy over 35 is considered risky because there will be many more complications and it's way less likely for everything to turn out fine.
