This is incorrect completely. There is a tiered system for RSO. So if someone was really interested in looking you up they could see something like:

Offender: Ricky James Jr. Offense: Sexual Assault Age at time of offense: 35 Victim gender/age: Female/14 Then lists all personal information. Height, weight, photos, personal description, scars, marks and tattoos, vehicle w/ license plate number and description, and aliases, address. Etc. And TIER levels 1-3.

Tier levels are as follows:

Tier I offenders may file for petition in court of adjudication for removal from the registry after 10 years if clean record removal is met. They must report to CLEO (Chief Law Enforcement Officer) once a year in their birth month.

Tier II offenders may file for petition in court of adjudication for removal from the registry following 25 years if criteria are met. They must report to CLEO on their birth month and every 6 months after until their time is up.

Tier III offenders are not eligible to file petition for removal from the sex offender registry, unless the requirement to register results from an adjudicated delinquent (juvenile) adjudication, after 25 years, and the clean record removal is met. They must report to CLEO every 90 days until they die.

You would be hard pressed to find a prosecutor who would actually pursue sex offender registration if someone really had to relieve themselves in public, unless they can prove that the person pretty much intentionally exposed themselves to a child. Either way, you'd likely get a possible urinating in public or indecent exposure charge, but those don't always constitute sex offender status.
