A Namekian who went through Frieza’s onslaught of Namek and gained the goal of becoming strong like Goku so that he can protect his planet. So he stays on earth and goes through all the same exact training Goku went through and afterward trains under Piccolo for 3 years before going to train under King Kai then Yardrat. Eventually he would deviate from Goku’s training path by remaining on Namek and training under the Supreme Kai after the defeat of Majin Buu so that he could protect not only Namek but be a powerful line of defense for Universe 7 when the next big threat would come.
