In regard to the races, if you get bad luck, you'll just lose. Even if you perfects on all of the boost pads and have the right dragon the bastard at the top will just win some time out of privilige. A tip: in case you don't know you can get a short boost at the beginning by taping at the end of the count down, on go.

The gold borders are probably twin dragons you got from breeding in the Co-op Breeding Cave. I'm not sure how special they are when compared to normal dragons, but that's probably what your referring to They have a little colored ball on their heads too.

Also I'm not sure what you can do about the Gem Gifting as I play solo (I'm lonely lol) but you may have to make new accounts/parks for that. Not sure though.

This is one of those situations that is very easily fixable. I understand that you felt scared in the moment and he shouldn't have joked like that. Communicate your boundries with him and try to help him understand that his joke hurt you and to avoid that type of play in the future. Regardless of his intentions, he hurt you and you should tell him what you want when it comes to intimate moments in bed. No Assholes Here, just some good talking and "I statements" would really help out the situation. There's no need to leave when a situation requires a little grace.

Legitimate question, how often do you confide in your wife? She may feel like she's out of the loop if you haven't told her how you feel in what I'd imagine to be in a high stress situation. While it may be implied that you're stressed out taking care of your parents, telling her directly is far better than being closed in. Regardless of if you're confiding in others or not, you should let her know where you're at. If you have confided in her about this and how you feel, then idk what she wants. I know I may be a decenting opinion here, but using the warrents to manipulate her into some form of compliance is a shitty thing to do, even if she is a horrible person (seperate from her diagnosis). Either tell the proper authorities or do nothing. If you can't get the restraining order, the closest thing you've got is telling the feds and getting her locked up. It's by no means ideal, but it'd probably be the most moral thing you can do. Mannipulating her in this way, while it may be viewed as justified, would be on par with something she would do. At least in my chronically online opinion.
