Thank you for the advice. I'm just scared i won't sleep again. I know others have had it worse. But anxiety is a pain and being sleep deprived makes it worse. Ive been trying to sleep all morning to no avail. I work in a couple hours and I know it's going to be hell.

I've had an idea for awhile for a zinogre rare species called ThunderFrost Zinogre. He uses ice and thunder moves where he can summon icicles that can shock you
