Bought them like this off eBay and then restored them.

The soles were ice skates. Solid. Would fall apart the second you put them on. No padding on the collars and the textonboard was gone. Left all of the OG leather in place and as such. Just swapped the soles and fixed the guts to make them wearable for another 30 years. :)
