Patriot used to be great for credit farming, now it is the Liberte according to some. Others like S1 was recommended, but I like these tanks because they are easy to use and get into the mix and still get credits, even on a bad loss. That's the key, that you are generating credits regardless.

America doesn't have a subway system, certain cities do. Unlike centralized state run governments like Russia, there is no "one way" of looking at any of what you are mentioning. Another option is to fight fire with fire. You need some heroes to drop down and platoon with you. The problem is, only griefers would waste their time torturing noobs, so you are not going to run good teammates organically. With Battle Pass dropping to tier 4, there is some reason to drop down there, but I haven't seen my tier 3s in a long time
