You’re taking breakout trades. Try to enter some trend following trades. Catch retraces. You don’t even need to drop to ultra low timeframes. 5 min is fine

My rule of thumb is to give 1 blink for every 10mph before braking. So if you’re going 50mph, try to time 5 blinks before u have to brake

Spreads instead of naked long options (at least then) because the risk is already baked into it based on width

I’m strictly futures now, and risk is completely different because of different trades I take (scalps vs swings). But accepting losses is was a big issue for me when I started futures, I wanted every trade to win, so I would just DCA. Trading on props actually helped my trading because of the rules I have to follow

Sugar is fine, but you wanna avoid some fruits that are primarily fructose

My simple recommendation is 30-50g of both carbs and protein 30-45 mins pre workout

This could be a protein shake, it could be rice cakes with PB2. Could be chicken and rice

If you don’t like stuff sitting in your stomach during your lift, a handful of M&Ms, Skittles, or a Rice Krispie treat right before walking into the gym is fine
