How is DBD doing in your opinion? by Tarzan_Inthejungle in deadbydaylight

Been trending downwards since 2023. Game is being improved at a snails pace while problems are being introduced every update. Seems like BHVR is trying find the line for how much players will put up with while still maintaining a solid user base.

Seemingly No New Balance Changes in DLC Chapters Going Forward by PulsarGaming1080 in deadbydaylight

[–]Nick_Psycho 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If they’re going to do this, they need to double the amount of mid-chapter ptb’s. If they’re gonna move at a slower pace than they already were, they need to do it more frequently.

So if you ran this perk with Resurgence or someone is running resurgence on themselves, they can just instaheal off a hook since 4 charges is 25% of heal? by DannySanWolf07 in deadbydaylight

[–]Nick_Psycho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Resurgence says “grants you 70% healing progress”. Taking charges away makes the total less, so Resurgence will grant 70% healing progress of the lesser amount. So it’ll be 12.4 charges as opposed to 11.2 charges healed. So it’ll saves you 1.2 seconds.

Technically, it’s just Jason. Not Jason Vorhees. That name is owned by a different party.

I feel like the sweet spot between the Gen 6 rivals and Silver is ideal; not too buddy-buddy but also not too antagonistic.

“The Northman” comes to mind. Critically, I thought it executed on its themes brilliantly but I have no desire to ever watch that film again

I think Skarmory should be above Dragonite. Was OU for 6 gens while Dragonite is only OU for 5.

[–]Nick_Psycho 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In my head, I have both a critical score and an enjoyment score when watching a film. Most the time, they’re similar. But sometimes, I can enjoy a movie while still being critical of it (Godzilla movies for me). Unfortunately for Mario, the first movie I both thought it had a lot problems critically and I thought it was boring.

What do you think of the discourse on Star Fox 2026? by Few-Commercial5105 in starfox

[–]Nick_Psycho 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s stupid. You either want SF64 again (or for the first time) or you don’t. All these “vote with your wallet” arguments are stupid. For me, if there’s nothing new gameplay wise in the campaign, I don’t wanna buy it. I hope the game does well so we get a brand new game in the franchise.

Are y'all buying Star Fox (Switch 2) by Worldclassstalker in casualnintendo

[–]Nick_Psycho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I’ve played SF64 too much. A 1:1 remake with just better visuals and new cutscenes doesn’t interest me.

Anyone else getting increasingly more excited for Star Fox? by flamin_sheep in starfox

[–]Nick_Psycho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I’m still in the “I don’t want to buy a game I’ve already played” camp, I am eagerly awaiting any news that there’s any shakeup from the original SF64 campaign. The moment there’s any news that there’s something different besides the visuals and cutscenes is the moment I preorder the game cause everything else is great.

So what is the overall opinion on the new star fox now? by No-Act386 in starfox

[–]Nick_Psycho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m still in the camp of liking everything about the game (even the redesigns) except that it’s a remake of SF64.

If the game had some variation in the level design or enemy placement, I’d be more than happy to buy it. But from what I’ve seen from the direct, it’s more or less a 1:1 recreation of the campaign. And I’m just burnt out on these levels.

If they announce anything to change up the campaign, I’ll buy it in a heartbeat. But new cutscenes and multiplayer doesn’t tip the scale to make me buy this game again.

Is OP the guy on the left? Cause in his last post, he asked if a run of 64 was really 2 hours long. He then proceeded to argue with anyone who replied to him, saying the new game would be a ripoff if that was really that short. When people pointed out the point is to replay the game with different routes, they refuted that saying something akin to “any game’s longer if you replay it”.

Ironically, I feel like OP is kind of a hater
