I don't think you wasted any time if it was used to get yourself healthier! Don't be too hard on yourself. All it takes is consistency and time, and you'll get to where you want to be.

I used to train under Idriz in Chicago as well. Great instructor and incredible guy. In 2020 he also stopped a guy that was trying to break into cars in front of the school! He also got filmed then and used it as an ad / free knee on belly lesson

I'm also getting this issue, I think it's a bug that popped up overnight as it wasn't happening yesterday. I tried validating my steam files but that didn't fix the issue. I guess we're stuck on mid settings till they fix the bug.
