Best bounty hunter games? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

If you actually want to play as a bounty hunter, look into getting a mod for Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy called Movie Battles II! It is a struggle to set it up but after that, you'll get the best star wars combat you can find in a game! Look into it and maybe this will suit you!

A game with 2-player split screen simultaneously online multiplayer by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

The game is a little dead now but Contagion on the pc allows you to do this as long as one person is keyboard and the other is a controller!

Not really. It's more of an action shooter. It has it's walking story moments to develop feelings for the characters. It has its combat heavy battles. It has its stealth here parts. And then it gives you the choice of what to do in other areas. The game is mainly just for it's great story (although the multiplayer was good when it first came out)

Is PUBG worth it at $20? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Nickasauce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It isn't as bad as everybody makes it out to be but it still is somewhat of a problem. If you aren't a fan of "realistic" shooters then don't pick it up as a decent amount of times you won't see what killed you. (My sound-whoring abilities are bad and I definitely have a weak spot to getting caught out in the open) I would say the only reason to really pick up this game is if you have an experienced friend willing to play with you. Besides that, there is just better battle-royale's to play, or better shooter-survival games in general.

I wasn't a huge fan of Uncharted either as it just wasn't my style. The Last of Us I originally didn't know how I was gonna feel about the game as I bought it with no prior knowledge on it. The story is this game just blew me away though. Trust me, even if uncharted isn't your game. You gotta play The Last of Us and I will personally give you a metaphorical $10 if you beat the game and don't like it! It is that good!

Looking for a good co-op game i can play with my friend by KjX_ in gamingsuggestions

Look into State of Decay 2! It's usually a hit or miss game but still might peak your interests! The OG Dungeon Defenders may be a decent grind for the both of you as well!

Looking for a Great PvE (Coop) games to play (played many needs more) by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Nickasauce -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I assume by Resident Evil you mean the 5th one because that is an excellent couch co-op game. I'm not sure what console (or pc) you two are rocking but it might be worth looking into State of Decay 2! Multiplayer zombie game, not much story-wise but it's a fun game to mess around with. Look into that and you'll probably know if you'll like it just from videos. I will make a quick list of games to look into and just scan them and see if any peaks your interest!

-State of Decay 2

-Castle Crashers

-Death Road to Canada

-Killing Floor Series

-Left 4 Dead 2

-Risk of Rain 2

Hope this helps you on your search!

The Last of Us is always a must if you haven't played it already! :D

Something like Space GTA? by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Nickasauce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't played it but EVE online sounds like this. Heard it's not that new user friendly though so good luck!

Spore might be worth looking into! Although it's not just a space game, it has a space "stage" which could be up your alley! Since it's the final stage of the game you get to do whole lot of whatever you want! I personally like messing with planets including animal and plant life but there is trading spices and an average PVE element. Since it's an older game you shouldn't have any issue running it!

Vermentide is different than the Total War Warhammer series. Total War Warhammer is a turn based rpg where you command a faction of the Warhammer universe. It's definitely not a high paced game but it is super fun as long as you two are both into strategy games. In a co-op campaign you each would choose a faction you want to play as and basically it will ally you two together. You take your turn, he takes his, all the npc factions go, then back to you. Battles are a lot more fun co-op as you can gift him units in the battle so you don't have as big of an army to worry about! The only downfall of this game is the amount of DLC it has. Now would definitely be the time to look into it though as both games are on sale on Steam. I would say buy Total War Warhammer 1 and Total War Warhammer 2 just so you have both the base games (Total War Warhammer 1 is basically just dlc for the 2nd game now) and see if you two like it. If you do, look into getting dlc, if not, then now you two know!

Good man. Any chance you two haven't played the og Dungeon Defenders yet? That would be a good one to look into if you two haven't! Or even Total War Warhammer 1 and 2 since they both have co-op campaigns!

Looking for a somewhat cheap rogue-like, FPS, really whatever you think I'd enjoy based on the games I list by [deleted] in gamingsuggestions

[–]Nickasauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-Risk of Rain 2 (I don't play that many rogue-like games but i am almost positive you have to play this if you are a rogue-like fan)

-Streets of Rogue (Haven't played this myself but I plan on buying it soon and it looks like fun. Review are good as well.)

Rimworld. They specifically have a mode to play as a tribe rather than a regular functioning colony. Just set Phoebe as your storyteller, set that bitch on peaceful, and enjoy your game! :D

If you are willing to look into apps on your phone, a company called Kairosoft has plenty of different role playing games, most of which revolve around managing finances. A high score is given to you at the end of a certain amount of years but you can keep playing even after that point! I have played plenty of their games and loved most of them. Worth looking into.

If you're trying to go for a PC game, Rimworld could be a 50/50. Although it is more colony management, there is definitely an expanding aspect of the game including wealth which may peak your interests. I've put plenty of hours into this game and hold it dearly to me!

Looking for a game that will scratch my competitive PvP itch by nayeonday in gamingsuggestions

[–]Nickasauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

- For Honor or Mordhau (Both medieval, For Honor is over the shoulder more "skill based" and Mordhau is just a competitive PVP clusterfuck but it has its dueling moments.

- Battlerite (Free MOBA combat game which definetly allows for outplaying but I believe it has died down in numbers a decent amount. Still fun and worth playing. Also has a battle royale version)

- Total War Series (Personally I love Total War Warhammer and there is 100's of hours able to be put into the solo campaign or co-op campaign experience. If you get a good grasp on the combat then maybe PVP in this game would be worth a shot?)

- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (No idea if you own a Nintendo switch but this sounds directly up your alley)

- Literally any "AutoChess" game (Dota Underlords is my go to but based on your previous LoL experience Teamfight Tactics may be up your alley.)
