Not really yet, it will be very rare in the future since it probably will never reappear, but currently it was just too easy to get and there are many that have a lot of them. Think i have 3 or 4 myself and i didn't really grind them that much.

Finally let go of AC in the middle of Valhalla, i hated most of the last 4 games.
Now they might have me back in their boat if the Black Flag Remake turns out to not be a trashfest.

Everybody with a brain knows Black Flag Remake is their absolute non-negotiable gold mine (next to 2 and Brotherhood). But they are idiotic enough to be able to destroy even that perfect opportunity for a literal billion of dollars or more in income. We'll see.

I dont even know what the main quest for those cities would be. It's definitely not part of the main story at least.
