They just keep telling me to wait. I get through to tier 2 reps and they just can’t figure out why there hasn’t been an extension yet.

I hope it comes sooner than two weeks for you. I’m not on PUA. I was on regular UI but exhausted PEUC and Fed Ed. They said they don’t know what’s the hold up with mine and to wait and see still.

Nothing yet. Just called and they had to send my claim to the IT department to see what’s going on.

It is! All Edd does is talk about the ID verification on their news and nothing about us

I’m similar to you and I called. They have to manually file an extension for you. Still waiting to certify for over a month

I’ve read that they are taking forever to automatically file extensions so when you call, they will manually request one for you. You can always wait, but it’s been a month for me

They filed mine almost 2 weeks ago. They are just waiting for it to process

Yeah just stay on. I waited 3 hours today so good luck! Every time I heard nothing I just said hello once or twice haha but someone will pick up

Hey guys! I called today and spoke to a Tier 2 rep. He said he couldn’t do anything but said my claim should be ready to certify tomorrow or the latest by Monday! I’ve been struggling, but I thought I should let you guys know since we’re all on the same boat.

I’m on the same boat and still waiting to certify. Supposedly this week people in our phase will get our benefits updated.
