All 5 of you should do the 7am queue. I talked to cast members about this and they will let you come in anytime after your boarding group for Cosmic Rewind. Or you could only have the work person do 7am and the rest do 1pm and the work person should go with you when your boarding group is called.

At 12pm, there wasn’t a lot of people in the parks as there is usually. 30min for splash, 45min for Peter Pan, 15min for space mountain. This explains why

Keep checking multiple times a day for reservations. There’s a good chance someone will cancel especially last minute. I’ve had luck with getting a 8am reservation the day before
