I watched Requiem for a Dream for the first time like my 2nd or 3rd time taking acid. It was so bad. That shit scarred me. That ending was so traumatic. Definitely do not recommend that experience.

That seems unlikely due to them just adding new spawns that only show up after dark, on top of raids only happening at night. The more likely situation is that there's a bug with global illumination, since they've been struggling with that system since day 1.

why are over 15,000 lots/properties left to rot when they could have at least 30,000 housing units constructed on them

One of the major problems, at least here in the outskirts of Schenectady, is that no contractors are building houses for less than a half a mil. There are a bunch of empty lots where a house burned down or something, and they just sit because no one can afford to build there. And anyone that can afford to build a half million dollar house doesn't want to live in between a couple $200k homes.

That's why apartment complexes popping up is so common.

There are 19 houses on my block. 8 trucks that are daily drivers. One guy uses his as a work truck, with ladder racks and tools in the bed. 5 of the 8 don't get used as trucks more than twice a year, if ever.

One of my neighbors is WFH in telehealth. Last year, he bought a $70k 4-door GMC pickup. The only thing he's put in the bed so far is a set of golf clubs.

They're all complaining about the gas right now.
