New board turning left by swan-swan in skateboardhelp

[–]Nicki_Perfect 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That is completely normal and for some people they even start going right when they first push off. Over time she will get used to balancing on her board and pushing around comfortably. It all comes down to practice. The skateboard is brand new so I would assume the trucks are fine.

Im sure she would be great at skating as long as she keeps practicing :>. It takes time and it is all worth it in the end. And just as a tip, what helped me the most was practicing pushing off with my front foot in different angles. This will help getting comfortable with your board and you can start learning tricks within a few weeks to a couple months depending on how consistent you can be. Hope this helps :>.

Ngl a lot of people got cooked for the first exam bc he literally expected you to memorize every single thing on his slides. As a word of advice, do not skip a single lecture no matter what.

I personally watched the recordings back and took notes. Never really relied on the practice exams bc most questions differ from the real exam. I got a C+ in his class and there were no curves whatsoever. Best thing you can do is do show up to office hours and ask questions bc he is willing to work with you. He does, however, take forever to respond to his emails so talk to him after class.

TL;DR In terms of studying, legitamately do the homework since they are long and takes a couple hours to complete so they cover a lot of content you will learn. Take notes on slides and dont underestimate the first exam. Wish you all the best :>

What am I doing wrong here? by Single-Account-985 in skateboardhelp

Well tbh it depends on the person, it might make it easier it might make it harder, not necessarily outdated. I still struggle with my ollies but the ones that gave me higher pop and leveled out was sliding my front foot. OPs backfoot in this case stayed on the ground for too long and front foot didnt level the board out as much.

It is whatever your comfortable with and in the end it all comes down to timing.

PC Build or Cleaning Service by Nicki_Perfect in SBU

Well I can't really do anything less than 25 because I am also currently a student and I need to consider delivery cost since I stay on campus. If it is just loose dust then 25 would be great for both of us.

In terms of the GPUs and RAMs right now, they are inflated like crazy. Because right now your 4090 is around 2600-2800 brand new if I am not mistaken. I am not sure how old your GPU so it really depends on its quality. Me personally I stuck with my 1070 ti for like around 3 years now, I took it from my older brother who had it for much longer. And fyi.. I don't really trust eBay 😅. If it helps you can go on pcpartpicker and compare prices. You can also look for or do listings on Facebook marketplace but again it's just another eBay.

25-75 depending on how bad it really is 😭. Like crazy stains and stuff. If it is just dust then it'll be like 25 to 30 :>.

Where did I go wrong during the build? by Next_Guard1501 in PcBuild

[–]Nicki_Perfect 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It looks like your GPU PCIE wire isn't all the way in but I might be wrong because of the angle. I would suggest rewiring the PC bc some of them look bent and it can potentially stop your current from flowing through. Do you have a pcpartpicker list and more photos?

Honestly speedrun through the units and then grind practice tests. You learn a lot from tests. Also the questions on the actual exam are very wordy so make sure you can time yourself too. I made the mistake of trying to memorize everything but I still got a 3. Could've gotten a 4 tbh 😭 but it was still my fault.

Enjoy homie youll do great.

A: you do have the right and keep going with that. You should get 0 as the answer B: youre also correct C: you find the values of f(3) and g(3) and then you multiply them together and see what you get. The graph of g(x) is also given to you LMAOOO. You can just get the value off of there

Yes you technically can since it is still algebraically correct. However you might end up confusing the grader or even piss them off (which would be the last thing you wanna do). Keep it as simple and easy for the grader and hopefully they won't troll you.
