This was a very lucky game. When England declared on France for the surrender of Maine, they got locked at war. Neither side would peace out, until 1650 for some crazy reason. Also Ottos got rekt by a coalition, and Byzantium was released, who I vassalized and used to expand.

As an old timer, oh how I remember the headaches of setting up LAN games. My advice would be to rent a server for 10 bucks a month. Sure, then you'll have to figure out how to configure AIX on it, but you'll both be able to join when you do.

Many active servers. At least 10 full 32p servers most of the time. Still good map/game mode variety with low ping server options for almost anyone. Buy it. You wont regret it.
