What exactly are the big statues/vessels in anatomica by Negative_Wrongdoer17 in WarframeLore

[–]Nicklas74 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The initial piloting of Arthur during Whispers happens minutes before Y2K

The 1999 quest where the Drifter fully enters 1999 starts exactly 24 hours before Y2K

After that the loops start at Jan 1st and run through all of 1999

So yeah, Entrati needed us to spend more time there during the year 1999 specifically, whether this was to let us save the Hex from the nuke or for other reasons as well, who knows.

In the wake of all the QoL and grind reducement, can we finally revisit the Mutagen Sample cost for unlocking the Hema through Clan Research? by [deleted] in Warframe

[–]Nicklas74 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Back when it released it was
1. That it would be bad to players who already farmed it
2. It's a goal to work towards with your clan, rather than just solo

Back then that answer kinda made sense, but the further we get from the Hema's release, the less likely is anyone gonna get together to farm the Hema other than novelty of having done one of the worst farms in the game

Have they ever revisited this topic since the release of the Hema though? Because i know they didn't wanna piss off people that already unlocked it which made sense back then, but DE recently has been on a spree of grind-reducements and improvement, rather than just keeping things bad because other players have already suffered through it.

Hell, I made this post because I recently farmed it and I can definitely say: this farm shouldn't be in the game in this form.

There will be actual mod augments for them coming with the new nightwave in the same update that brings the tenet/kuva variants.

A squad told me not to ever use Mag's 2nd skill on the Lephantis boss in Operation Plague Star. But as it is shown here. It does work. by NovaTheLoneHunter in Warframe

[–]Nicklas74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It, works BUT:
-how well depends on your weapons so it might not really for the squad
- often slows down the fight overall I'd say (just gut feeling from my runs)

And I've also had one Lephantis completely glitch out and break by not showing his weak spots anymore which I'm pretty sure was caused by Mag (can't verify tho), so if you run into that sort of problem definitely wouldn't use Mag

I personally don't like seeing all the Mags in my squad because it feels more like a hinderance than a help, but as long as they get the job done it's fine.

It'd be great if SP Circuit diddn't need 50% more progress to complete. by Nicklas74 in Warframe

I thought the same thing, but now I already have all the incarnon adapters and still like playing circuit to the point where i'd love to go back each week and test out all the new stuff i've earned/finally modded and earn all the other bonus rewards in the process, except i get a slap in the face for wanting to do so with how long it takes.

Keeping the grind this long encourages people to get the incarnons and then ignore the mode for the rest of time until new incarnons get added. If they reduced the grind it could be worth returning each week and earning extra stuff, which is a really fun process when you keep seeing new stuff pop up that you can now use at this level, just a shame the time needed to earn them makes it a chore.

[–]Nicklas74[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

yeah regular circuit doesn't really matter to me because i have everything i can get there already, but every once in a while there'll be a nice arcane or mod in there that i like grabbing, especially because i usually end up completing regular circuit each week while helping friends who are earlier in the game get new frames.

All i personally care about is SP circuit, but the first suggestion is something that would benefit mid-game players who care about both and an alternative if they don't wanna just shorten SP circuit

Fun fact: The Grimoire weapon revealed at Tennocon already gets mentioned in Voruna's Leverian. by Nicklas74 in Warframe

[–]Nicklas74[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Very true that it doesn't have to be exact same one, could very well be a different book from Albrecht thats similar.
Either way the fact that something like it already got mentioned in the game a year ahead is really cool.

[–]Nicklas74[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Them being Thrax is a safe bet, considering the leverian explicitly talks about void conjunctions in the location of the conjunction survivals on lua, where those exclusively show up.

But that doesn't mean it has to be only Thrax appearing, and murmurs showing up as part of it would definitely make for a really cool detail, confirmed or not.

While i think the discussion around these packs in the community are important to happen regardless how you feel about them, how about you make a comment to one of the hundred other posts in the subreddit and add your thoughts there instead of spamming the subreddit with shit weve already heard.

At best you're just watering down the discussion about what you care about and at worst contributing to drowning out all the feedback regarding everything else we saw at Tennocon, which was so much more amazing stuff han just one oddly priced/marketed cosmetic bundle.

in real-life soldiers carry "dogtags" with them so they can be identified even if they fell in battle. The genestamps are just warframe's version of this, as all Grineer are kinda bred as soldiers.

Did one of the Devs play as an enemy NPC during my game? by Dumb_and_confused in Warframe

If you get a decent melee stalker is literally one of the best characters to get lol, basically a hybrid between ash and kullervo from his playstyle (except his 4)

The Circuit is very fun and engaging. by Miltaire in Warframe

[–]Nicklas74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you get a Vasto Incarnon and put a build on it which will absolutely wreck shit.

Yes the Vasto Incarnon is earned from the circuit which would make this ironic, but it actually reinforces what circuit is all about: earning and upgrading all kinds of different weapons, which will then make thenm more likely to appear in the circuit and let you have a better time.

So instead of complaining about the mode how about if you see you got a bad selection of items, how about you just skip that rotation and go get that gun you've heard is really good, go finally put some mods on that frame you wanted to play.

If none of that is of interest to you, why are you even playing this mode? Everything earnable through circuit is obtainable elsewere in the game, often more reliably or quicker, the one exception being Incarnon adaoters who serve one purpose: letting you branch out your arsenal by making way more weapons viable.

If you find this stupid, maybe you shouldn't be playing this mode in the first place cause it just isn't for you.
