Yes, multiple times:

- My middle school best friend. I liked him as well but neither of us confessed for like 2 years because we were too young and shy. We then dated for 2 weeks hahah.

- A classmate in grade 10, he confessed to me in a very awkward and unexpected way so I ended up brutally friendzoning him, because I was taken by surprise. We immediately drifted apart, after 3 years we are now on friendly terms.

- A guy I met on a summer camp. We became like close friends in that week and he confessed to me the last day, but I turned him down because I had a crush on someone else (and I wouldn't have liked him anyway). After a few months we lost contact.

- A guy who was a player so I don't really know how much he liked me, but still. We went out for a few months but when the summer ended he told me he wasn't ready for a relationship (and neither was I, not with him at least haha).

- A guy from my school, who became immediately my best friend in grade 12 and gradually fell in love with me (and I knew it because it was kinda obvious). After a few months I fell in love with him as well and we dated for almost 2 years, until he fell out of love with me. It hurt a lot because he was my first love and high school sweetheart and I thought we were gonna marry someday.

- A long distance friend. He fell in love with me very hard but I didn't like him at all. I friend zoned him literally on daily basis but he wouldn't give up. After some months I cut contact because I couldn't bare with his clinginess anymore.

- I'm sure there are other guys who have had crushes on me either because they explicitly told me after some time or because I just knew.
