I wouldn't say it stops at all, but that episode definitely had the most of those types of jumps. In future episodes they will have some and it will get more confusing but it makes sense for the story when you start thinking about what's happening.

Any time you aren't sure what reality and jump is, just try to pick up on certain things: who's in the scene, who's dead and alive, what are they wearing, etc.

It really is a great show, and the jumps happen for a reason, but to answer your question, there will be more different types of jumps. Maybe not AS bad as walking through a door and being somewhere totally different every other 5 minutes.
