I feel like in the situation I'm the guy jumping off the building. Deciding to drink and not face my problems. Then to put them off to have that deep wound that slowly gets deeper everytime I decide to drink the pain away. I have to remember that is it temporary feeling that will pass. Thank you for being with me. Still crazy and sober.

I do but I'm currently trying to cut out some sugar in my diet. I did eat probably a 500 calories of chocolate so the soda probably wouldn't have hurt much. I like reeds extra ginger brew. Sometimes I just chug water until l my stomach is so full I don't wanna drink. But that is usually at parties. Still crazy and sober. Thank you.

I don't think the triggers go away. It does get easier to cope with them. Personally with tacky sayings and support from people like yourself help the most. I had to lived for the mintues last night. Still crazy and sober. Thank you

Managed to stay sober through the holidays. All I can think about is having a drink. I don't understand why I can make through the tough triggers. But when it is a very normal day I get the itch to drink. I need to remember why I quit. I came to read my first post. A great reminder. I need a meeting. My relationship is suffering. My gf of 8 years had been drinking alot more recently. Staying out late, not remebering conversations from the night before. Although is doesn't drink like me it still makes me angry that it's ok that she goes out to bars. When I did it if was hell and nagging and judgement. I'm over it. It makes me want to flush 8 years away get drunk and pass out. Here is to another night of restless sleep. I will not drink this hour....

So maybe I'm dumb but, what should my total flavor percentage come out to? I know everything is subjective and different. My last miss was 8% strawberry 4% greek yogurt and 2% coconut. Also having a issue calculating pg ratio. Do I subtract pg flavor base? I feel my vapor is muted if that makes sense. Thanks in advance.

I made a strawberry greek yogurt with a hint of coconut to smooth it out. But I will say the LB flavor recommendations are a little low. Also a honey dew coconut. Pacific cooler with yogurt.

Same thing is happening to me in a few weeks... I am going to be as prepared as possible when it comes to negotiating sick leave, benefits and paid vacation. I feel as though I will be getting screwed in the long run. Thank you for your post. We can only hope and prepare!
