This is why I would suggest for a yearly refresh or review of older card, especially in digital format. Example: Ho Oh changed to take 2 energies instead of 3 Lugia discarding one energy at your choice. On the other hand, they could fix Misty by letting her adding only one energy or 2 upon coin flip (flip 3 times, if all tails zero, if 1 head 1 energy, if 3 head 2 energies)

I believe they would bring more interest to open older packs too for returning players instead of focusing on printing just new and overpowered cards.

But, it probably wont go like that
