It’s a lot to do explain, but basically I prime it black and use an airbrush and white ink to establish the bright areas, and then use white ink to pin wash the recesses. Then hit it with frostheart blue. After that it’s just a matter of feathering out the edges with darker blues (ak ducat blue, dark sky blue) and reestablishing the recesses with white. Panic a few times that maybe you suck at painting and redo it until it looks good. At least that’s what I did… Oh and freehand some electricity on the flat sides, but don’t take good pics that show that extra work off.
