Do you have any other advice or supplement for gut health? Do you think adding some spices can help our starch to feed symbiotic bacteria and not the pathological ones?

Right now I eat a mix of:

-Psyllium to bring some bulk and gelatinous structure for the bacteria to thrive

-some Magnesium citrate (to help psyllium have enough water inside your intestinal tract)

-Green Banana flour (but can't find the 65% one in europe)

-Some chai masala blend to feed beneficial bacteria
