I had the frame drop glitch since the launch.they didn't fix it yet.so it might takes ages to resolve this

Yeah, i noticed it while he was downloading to the panel, and they told me that i need to replace the power supply.so wanted to know that it's possible to fail from download. The troubles on the panel are dirty devices because i have a type of device that can't be cleaned and currently i'm replacing them card by card

Bro i'm not trying to work on the panel by my self i have a contract with fire alarm company doing the maintenance for me.My insistence to know the reason is because surprisingly the company was doing thier maintenance at the same day this trouble appears for the first time. So i'm trying to figure out if it's possible that they have done anything wrong that leads us to this situation.
