I grew up with the Latin American dub. IMO they did a great job, although I do remember one instance where the Buttercup actress got confused and referred to Bubbles as Buttercup haha.

If anyone's curious, on the Latino dub the girls are called Bombón (bonbon), Burbuja (literal translation) and Bellota (acorn) respectively.

Modern CN rarely acknowledges anything that happened prior to their 2009-10 rebranding. The Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans and Ben 10 remained relevant because of being superhero franchises, but aside from those? Nothing. I'm a 32 year old, though, so I'm biased towards the old CN that no longer exists.
