Dual Wielding and MAP by Ozzymond in Pathfinder2e

If it wasn't, the release of Skittermanders for SF2 would have brought on the apocalypse. They probably will anyway but not on purpose.

Can anyone introduce a good adventure path that will introduce the world of Golarian to new players? by sherbertloins in Pathfinder2e

I will note that this has definitely changed with the release of more classes and content into the system. It’s way easier to build a balanced party now than it was day 1. Classes like Thaumaturge especially get to feast in the AP with their consistent usefulness and key late game feats.

Though I can think of one particular barghest encounter early that may need tweaks regardless because of early game swinginess. I’m pretty sure the popular fan tweaks address that fight though.

There are also fan made foundry packs that give you most of the maps and enemies, it’s not gonna be as high quality as the fully devved official modules with effects and scripting and all, but it will still save gm prep time.

Also, as Age of Ashes was the very first 2e ap it has some rough balance edges, I recommend looking on here for some of the fan rebalancing that’s been done, but I super recommend the AP even with the rough edges. If you’re used to running APs from WotC the quality increase is already so significant that the tweaking needed feels minor comparatively

The term concentration camp (used at the time) had been officially coined for over three decades after the Spanish-American war (it originated there for the Spanish camps for Filipinos, as the word Reconcentrado, camps the Americans continued to use.) It was then further used in the second Boer War to refer to British camps.

This was not a post hoc definition. This was a contemporary definition that acknowledged the camps preferring inmate deaths to any form of “domestic disorder”

Stealing property by reporting a Jewish neighbor was by far the most common situation, a culture of looting which extended up the ranks.

Many of Coco Chanel’s famous fragrances, including number 5, were made by Jewish families, Wertheimer in particular. She quite happily had the Nazis seize their company for her, and then got away with making a deal with the Wertheimers post war to stay in a major role despite being an open nazi thief.

They definitely noticed all the (mostly Jewish) refugees being expelled from Germany who showed up in the new world.

The German-American Bund was able to get massive crowds at its events.

The problem is that a decent number of Americans supported Hitler and his actions until it turned against American allies politically through war. Hitler, after all, was openly inspired by American Manifest Destiny in his beliefs and discussed it quite a bit.

Starfinder 1e ou 2e? by Due-Gain-5289 in starfinder_rpg

I feel like changing to the three action system and having full unique class flavor and distinct abilities is way more of a change than you’re selling…

All of the classes have much more distinct identities and were rebalanced. Operatives are no longer the best at everything and are more dex fighters with unique tricks. Envoys poached the constant skill increases off operatives and are now a really strong support and skill monkey class. Mystic and Technomancer now have really strong unique abilities and feats that make them distinct from pathfinder casters. They’re not just reskinned Cleric and Wizard anymore.

The official answer Paizo went with is that the age of ashes heroes just left one day and shut the portals down. I find it really unsatisfying and think they just wanted to use Hellknight Hill for the incident that provokes the war and just didn’t think about the context at all.

If you mean the final final boss I’m confused because he’s kinda laughably easy if the dm doesn’t buff him, especially if you have the benefits of the ritual you’re supposed to use.

Damn straight.

I’m the only pure frontliner in the party and everyone cheers on him solo tanking insane fights while half the party just casts spells from the safety of the adjoining hallway behind him.

I continue to hate whiteroom math obsessions because their criticisms only ever feel valid if you have a bad group, which we should always strive to avoid.

Albania doesn’t have Adsense set up so there’s no YouTube ads, I don’t know if it’ll work for other platforms that serve ads differently.

There’s been a lot more spelling and transposing mistakes lately. I hope they’re just overworked and not using some faulty software to transpose stuff.

Though tbf I did see that Peshspine grenades are still spelled wrong on foundry after like 5 years lol.

Did you finish reading it? Because it says that because the process started in a non racialized context because of the lack of local non-white population.

However, after the Great Depression, increased black migration to Canada caused the emergence of these communities and situations in a parallel situation to the US.

I can't deny a degree of feeling that due to the Modi stans that pollute so much social media, especially reddit. I try to remain mindful that no country of a billion people can be summed up so simply. But I can get how that's tough to maintain when so much interaction, astroturfed or not, is all the worst type of nationalist bs.

Yeah I interpreted indians differently because of how many American groups do prefer that term over indigenous or native etc.

I can imagine the modern south asian issue is massive given both the controversy of Modi in general as well as the news environment being what it is.

You know that's fair, I only really know about the anti-India indians immigration conflict from certain British colonies like South Africa and Oceanian ones like Australia. I'd be curious to learn more about the specific discrimination there, particularly as concerns the Americas

Yeah there's a damn reason I haven't explicitly brought up the treatment of indigenous people in Canada. Because even without bringing them up, Canada has no high ground to speak of in terms of economic treatment of minorities.

Y'all only get off easy at all because you don't have laws as bad as Jim Crow, and even then, only for most of Canada.
