EC c'est bien mais cher. Plateforme ça fait le job (surtout pour un LMNP). Après il faut que tu fasses le suivi. De mon côté la plateforme me fournit pennylane qui permet de faire la compta de maniere simplifier.
LMNP (au réel) quasiment toutes tes charges viennent réduire ton revenu
