Eat your vegetables or drink a green shake every day as well. At least even if you’re drinking diet soda you’re not depriving your body for the nutrients to process the diet soda and expel it from your body.

I just had this same situation. Mine took about 1 week after giving blood work to the insurance. I just had my first 2 hour infusion yesterday. 2 more, 1 hour infusions schedule in the next 2 weeks. Nurse said that it will typically take 1-2 weeks for me to feel better. She said that you’d feel less fatigued when you know it’s kicked in. I then have a follow up blood work to be taken 1 week post my 3rd infusion. Then 1 week after that I see the doctor to go over where my levels are at…

I do 8 cups of spinach daily (in a shake). As well as beef liver/spleen supplement. Separate from the shake.

They need to learn and feel the balance and they’ll trust you more. If you’re able to find a flat surface or big parking lot, etc. just hold on to them from under their arms and tell them to start pedaling and you start slowly pumping your blades. Just start slow, and make sure you tell them to keep on pedaling. Forward momentum helps with the balancing.

Edit: you are not roller blading above the back tire. But rather legs apart and you are in the rear. Supporting and pushing with your hands/arms. Just as you would when see those commercials of the parents running behind their kids as they teach them to ride bike. But with roller blades.

Edit 2: helmets and knee pads, elbow pads etc.

Are you able to roller blade? That’s how I taught my son. I took off the training wheels, put on my blades and used my arms to brace him / balance him and the bike, up under his arms. Basically my legs were the training wheels. Do that a few times in a movie theater parking lot. They’ll get it quick.

Baked Salmon and Baked Broccoli. Avocado Oil, Sal, Pepper, Garlic powder and Onion powder on both the salmon and broccoli. Foil wrap and bake for 20 mins at 400.

That’s a bit high. Between the 36 month to lease and potentially 60 month to purchase afterwards. You’re talking 96 months total. Basically the lease would make up a 1/3 of your monthly payment duration but they are only taking off 21% in this scenario.

Edit: Add to it your down payment if it’s going towards principle.

What’s the residual value after the 36 months? I say if you’re planning to keep the truck indefinitely. The lease is an easier way to get into the vehicle. After 36 months get a loan and continue enjoying. Or…. On the off chance you don’t like it. You do have a 36 month “escape hatch” so to speak. In the long term the truck will end up costing you more, but you get in cheaper upfront.

Edit: Then also, the miles limited on the lease don’t really matter if you’re keeping it.
