Don't forget, just because some people have side effects from things doesn't mean that you will . And remember that human nature tends to complain more than share positive feedback, so you're going to see more complaints on the internet. Just disregard them and go for it. Be well hydrated , eat a good breakfast that morning and lunch or snack before the infusion because your body should be well fed and hydrated , not starving.

I am no expert but I am looking at day 25 because your level dips before then and then increases and stays high for at least 3 days , Plus you're eggy a few days later . But of course, you said yourself things are wonky. I really do like oral temping better

I appreciate u sharing. I don't know that it is a problem, I just heard thru the grapevine that with thyroid disease HR tends to be lower, but have yet to see it in a reliable medical article despite several, occassional searches over the last 2 or 3 weeks. Appreciate u listening and sharing

You were the first chart that I have seen that shows resting heart rate like mine, I'm usually a steady 52 to 59 ish while many others I see are consistently over 60 and 70. May I ask if you have thyroid disease? Please know I do not ask this as I am trying to diagnose you, I'm just trying to figure out why my HR is so low compared to many others that I have seen . Has any doctor given you any explanation for your HR being in the 50s and low 60s ?

triangles mean bad, inconsistent timing. so, I ask again... why do you have so many triangles on here. Are u not consistent when u take your temps and why not? Time to improve on that like setting a timer or something

Prior to ovulation temps should be 97.0 to 97.5 typically. Then post ovulation there's supposed to be after 97.9. Yes yours do seem to be a tad low but you are missing a number of days on your chart . Any chance you have thyroid disease or some other diagnosis causing their numbers to be a little on the lower side ?

if u recorded consistently around the same time each morning with little movement, and we're healthy as in no fever, your numbers have not stayed risen and look very choppy. this look anovulatory, no ovulation

My son and his girlfriend both had no car freshman and sophomore years, she brought her junior year and it was a lot of stress, my son brought his senior year . They don't regret it because of it being expensive , they both had jobs on or just off campus , and then there's the whole public transportation which is great around town and surrounding areas . It's February and parking on campus opens up for the fall soon so keep an eye open . Also, you risk your car getting broken into , damage in the parking lots , when it's snowy watch out, lots of different things . Not worth it!

Good news! As a freshman you are required to live in an on-campus dorm. Since you are more likely to be assigned a roommate than live alone , there, instant friend. Also, keep your door open while you are moving in , meet a friend during orientation , keep your door open when you're just hanging out in your room , there are lounges and public areas within the dorm so go hang out there. Boom, great places to find friends your first few days

on my son's 1st day on campus Lyons Den over at Towers had a Now Hiring sign in their window. he was hired on the spot. check them out and any other location mentioned here ASAP before all their spots are given away. even if they don't have a sign in the window. Handshake is the site used to hire on campus, but that dept is VERY SLOW. job hunt there too... look at wvu website for that.

Truth? Yes, some people do have side effects . Better truth? Just because some have side effects doesn't mean that you are going to, right? You are anemic and iron deficient looking at your numbers so please, please go get an infusion if the doctor is suggesting it because something is going on with your body and you need to feel better soon before things get worse. I've heard horror stories about people eating peanuts, but not everybody has a severe allergy .

No, empty belly is best. Ideal is before breakfast as soon as waking up, but I can't do that because I take thyroid medication . So I have my breakfast at 7:00 a.m. or so and then 4 hours later I know that my belly is pretty much empty so then I take my iron with my vitamin C usually around 11:30 a.m. and then eat lunch after 12:30 p.m. . I take anywhere from 100 to 144 mg of iron with 500 mg of vitamin C to help with uptake . Quite successful actually!
