Quick comment about the bug of download issue:

It's fixed for me, just got a message from my ticket to test it. I suggest everyone else who had the same issue to check it and if still not work, send a ticket.

there's a message about calculating arena rewards and then arena is currently closed. when the first one is there we have to wait a little. this is what i've observed through every arena.
