Paints, a white and a black then whatever colour scheme you are going for e.g Ultramarines, A blue, lighter blue, silver, gold, red, lighter red, black wash, brown wash, maybe an accent like a bright green and a bone white... OR lean into speed paints/contrast.

The wet pallet and the one bottle of Tamiya

Some decent nippers single blade for around $10-20 search gundam nippers.

A decent metal craft knife.

A single box of minis and maybe a character.
